“When we dream, do we dream of recreating ourselves? Do we leave open space for change, and becoming? This figure seemed to slowly create herself out of multiple layers of inks.” Danielle explains. The fluidness of the inks combined with the texture of the drips give it an otherworldly dreamlike feel. The paintings colors are a deep rusty orange and rich denim blue. The ink appears to be in motion cascading from the figure. “She seemed like she was dreaming to me, dreaming of becoming. The title was obvious to me.” We agree with Danielle and think this would look wonderful in any room.
