This painting has both matte and metallic areas to it. The face in the background seems to come out of the lighter colors, down below thick ink swirls. Danielle makes her inspiration clear, “I love spring. I love the new shades of green. I can’t wait to start my garden. Like any gardener I want to ‘conjure’ spring so I can get started early! I was thinking about just that when I created this. I didn’t set out with an image in mind, just a longing for spring to start.” We like the results and think you will too!
