This painting has both matte and high shine areas. Danielle mixes media to create this effect. “I like to use different materials to create a variety within a painting. This painting was meant to capture the softness of dim lighting, but also the bright streaks of neon or flashing lights. The enchantment of a night.” The ink creates area of high shine and the pastel used makes soft lines accenting certain areas. ‘Enchantment’ is a wonderful title for this piece.
