An abstract piece with deep purple, red and white. The pastel lines are matte and patchy in places giving a dreamlike feel. Danielle explains the title, “This one seemed so joyous to me. The rich purples and velvety matte red felt like love. The white causing the fracture. It is about feeling so much joy and love that you feel like a prism, busting at the seems. Like a gem catching the light in just the right way.” There are many layers to this painting, ink spots and brushstrokes showing through in places. While there is no specific image, the lines and the colors are a delight to behold.
