It is hopeful and guarded. “I experiment with the material as I work and think about conversations and experiences I have had. This piece was created after discussing the idea of love and connecting to another person. This figure just popped up. Asking to be created. I see the figure as masculine, which is uncommon for me. The figures that come up most often for me are feminine.” Danielle explains. This is indeed a unique piece.
